Thanks be to God, our Parish Bazaar is back this year.
We have been called to serve at this event by providing 500 packaged plates of our wonderful BBQ as part of the Lunch.
We need all hands on Deck to make this a successful outing for our parish.
Date: Sunday October 10-2021
What we need:
5am to 7am -Preparation of potato casserole, slicing of briskets - 6 persons
7am to 9am - Smoking of Sausages, slicing and placing in warmers - Continue cooking potato, preparation of green beans - 10 Persons
9am to 10am - Preparation of condiments (onions, pickles BBQ sauce) and set up of packing lines - 6 persons
10am till sold out - Packing and serving to FLC and drive through lines - 16 persons
