membership drive as we prepare or our upcoming Knight in a Day. We
had quite a few men of the parish stop by interested to learn more
about how they could become apart of our fraternal organization. I
am looking forward to Saturday and hope many of us can be there in

Heart Hurricane Relief Concert Benefiting Hurricane Victims and
Honoring First Responders, Volunteers and Relief Supporters Please plan to attend this Friday, September 22nd at 6:30 pm for Benediction followed by a FREE live music concert. Join us for FOOD, MUSIC and Fun! Will
need assistance with food prep, serving and clean-up. Please wear
your KofC shirts and hats and let's show our commitment to supporting
the Church and Community. In service to one, in service to all! |
Knight in a Day Knight in a Day Major Degree Saturday, Septmber 23, 2017 Host: District 76 and Bishop Claude Dubuis Council 7445 Location: Sacred Heart Catholic Church's Family Life Center 507 S. 4th Street Richmond, TX 77469 Date: Saturday, September 23, 2017 7:30am Admission Degree (1st Degree) candidates should arrive to register and receive instructions. Coffee and doughnuts to be provided. 8:00am Admission Degree starts. Note: Anyone coming to observe the Admission Degree must be in the hall before the candidates enter. 9:00am Formation (2nd Degree) and Knighthood (3rd Degree) candidates should start to arrive to register and receive instructions. 10:00am Formation Degree starts and will be immediately followed by the Knighthood Degree. Note: Anyone coming to observe the Formation and Knighthood Degrees must be in the hall before the candidates enter. A
special thanks to Brother Marty Gibula for all his assistance in
setting up this Knight in a Day. His experience has been
invaluable and we are looking forward to a great day! |
Supporting Our Troops As advertised in a recent Sacred Heart Bulletin and Pulpit Announcements - our KC Council will be sponsoring 2 projects to support our troops: Frontline Faith Project and Trees for Troops Please
support these 2 projects for the military that we will be collecting
donations for on 10/1,Brother Michael Spiech (281-937-0257) if you can
help collect after any Mass. Remember to wear a KC shirt and/or

the date... Council #7445 Fall Arts/Craft Fair and Family
Festival at the Family Life Center. 8 am to 1:30 pm.
Proceeds from the event will be donated to the Pregnancy Resource
Medical Center. Craft Fair includes a variety of vendor booths and
concessions will be available for sale. Family Festival
activities include inflatables, face painting and more. Please
