Thanks, Thanks and Thanks!

Thank you, thank you, thank you to ALL brother knights assisting this past weekend in Super Bowl BBQ prep, cook and sales.  What a great weekend it was!  Thanks to all that helped to organize and clean the KC Shed and Sacred Heart Bazaar Shed as well.  And also thanks for all the help collecting and splitting the wood.  Although it was a VERY busy weekend it was also a great time of fellowship - we had well over 30 Knights participating in one or more activities.  I truly thank each and every one of you!  And we are well on our way preparing for another SUCCESSFUL Lenten Fish Fry.  By the way - a motion will be taken at next officer's meeting to double the cook teams salary lol!!!   THANKS AGAIN!

Brothers,
The time is upon us, Ladies Night is less than 2 weeks away.   The success of this event is dependent on many Brothers stepping up to help out. That being said many have signed up to be waiters but we could still use a few more. We have 14 could use two or three more.  Please contact me, Arthur Hausler @ 281-633-1643 or James Waite @ 832-541-2569.  As for those of you that have signed up, if you can no longer make it please contact one of us so your slot can be filled.  Thanks to all who have stepped up, the decorating and kitchen staff is full. We also need help with clean up and tear down afterwards.  Please respond.

Waiters:  Please plan on arriving by 6 pm Saturday.  The attire is Black pants, White shirt and Black bow tie.  Please eat before you arrive.  Sorry, but we will NOT being ordering pizza for you guys.  There is just too much going on in the kitchen at that time.  I hope you all understand.  Remember this night is for our Ladies, not for us.

Entertainment:  Brother Mark Stryk has this covered.

Clean up Crew:  We hope to be done before 9 pm so plan to arrive at 8:30 pm. We need plenty of help here, guys.

Again it will take each and everyone's help to make this a beautiful evening for our LADIES.  Please let me know if you can help.

One other note: If your Lady has not contacted myself or Larry Stryk next Monday, February 13th is the deadline.  We need to know how much food to prepare.  Everything is made from scratch not from Wendy's so please let us know. The numbers are 281-633-1643 and 832-520-4044.  These are mobile numbers you can text us, just leave your name and that you are coming, please.

Again thanks for all your support it is our goal to make THIS NIGHT THE BEST IT CAN BE.

The KofC will be sponsoring the 40 Cans for Lent Program again this year. Food items will be collected at each mass during Lent (March 4th - April 9th) and donated to Catholic Charities each Monday.

Help is needed to ensure coverage. We will need someone to step up to serve as a "captain" for each of the 5 mass times.

Also a covered vehicle capable of holding food items each weekend is needed.

Please contact Brother Karl Hennings 281-633-8565 to volunteer or if you can help out with a vehicle to store the donations throughout the weekend.  Your help is needed...
