January Council BBQ Update
Thanks to all the Brother Knights who dedicated the time on Sat and/or Sunday supporting a successful sold out Cook on Jan 9th/10th.  With Brothers Larry Stryk and Raul DeLeon handling the seasoning on a cold, windy Sat morning with   Brothers Larry Stryk and Art Hausler cooking the ribs after the seasoning was complete.  Brothers PDGK Raul DeLeon - Cook Lead, DGK David Hobson, Pit Master Ken Kelly, Larry Stryk, Alfred Cortez, got the cook started early in some more cruel cold weather.  Other Brothers supporting the cook were Butch Stoeljte, Brian Hurta, George Arroyos, Michael Spiech, George Boyum, and GK Howard Harbes. Thanks to all for your physical and financial support on this important Council fundraiser.
