June Service Opportunities Council BBQ Cook is scheduled for July 11th and 12th. Team "C" is up for this cook but help from other Brothers would be appreciated, as the summer has Brothers out on Vacation and weekend trips. I am sure the BBQ lead will be contacting you for assistance but feel free to just drop by and pitch in with your time and talents.
NO REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING ON JULY 14TH. Please note that due to the Sacred Heart Vacation Bible School booking both the FLC and CCE Building, the Council July 14th Regular meeting is cancelled.
Council yearly Planning session is scheduled for July 18th. ALL OFFICERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO ATTEND and membership is welcome to come with your inputs for activities for the 2015-2016 fiscal year for Council 7445. The session will be held at Brother Arthur Hausler's house and will start about 4:00PM. Wives are welcome to attend - I have heard rumblings of Farkle and other games. More details next newsletter.

VA HOSPITAL VISITATION - 6/28
Our troupe from Council 7445 joined about 20 other Brother Knights from the Archdiocese and spent an hour or so visiting with the hospitalized vets and another 45 minutes or so attending Mass in the Veteran Hospital Chapel. We were home by about 12:00 Noon.
Future 2015-2016 dates that our Council is scheduled are: August 30th, October 4th, November 1st, February 7th, April 3rd, June 19th.
Make room on your calendar for some or all of these dates on your calendar. Our Veterans deserve you to give back to them for the service to us and our country. |
Pro Life Activities
Pro-Life Ace Wings - Viewing
the movie "Blood Money" (80 minutes) will serve as three of the five
event requirements. This is a very informative documentary involving
women having had abortions and others previously involved in the
